    I updated the ptagis3.obs_site_dates table to reflect the dewatering of
    the ladder on Dec. 1.  I disabled site-checking at RFF in the etc/sites
    file.

    Rocky Reach Fishway was de-watered on 12/1/09 at 11:30 am PST. I is
    expected
    to be down for about 3 months.

    rrent:         Low exciter currents are from tuning antennas during O&M.
    Also, lithium batteries on all transceivers were changed.

    The Rocky Reach Fishway was watered up on March 9 between 1000 and 1100
    hours (PST).  All transceivers were back in scan mode by 10:30 PST.

    The IT people at Chelan County PUD have taken the data computers off line
    to do some network work. Currently RRF is dewatered. They will have the
    computers back on-line some time next week before the fishway is watered
    back up in early March.

    The fishway at Rocky Reach Dam was dewatered on December 2, 2008.
