    The last data file for RRF was RRF10335.E1. The computers have been
    disabled until the fishway is watered back up next year.

    Rocky Reach Fishway was dewatered on Tuesday November 30 at about 12:00
    pm.  The transceivers were put into standby. I asked Thad Mosey of Chelan
    PUD to disable the data computers, hopefully that will happen shortly. I
    was not given a date as to when the fishway will be watered back up.

    I changed out the lithium batteries in the transceivers. Also installed
    the Minimon patch to accept 384 prefix tag codes.

    Comport 6 on the rocketport interface panel for the backup computer
    failed.  So I changed the comport on transceiver 04 from comport 6 to
    comport 7 for both computers.

    I manually modified the FILE CLOSED time from "03:00" to "04:00" to
    circumvent a processing error associated with the shift from PST to PDT.

    Per Brett Turley, I marked RRF as "active" as of March 1, and re-enabled
    site-checking (on a six-hour interval) with alerts going to the Biomark
    staff.
