    The ladder at Rocky Reach dam was dewatered on 12/5/11. The four
    transceivers were put into standby on 12/5 at 10:21 PST.

    all
    XCVR's and did windows updates on data computers.

    I replaced the lithium battery on transceiver 03 and reconfigured the
    settings. Tuned and tested the other transceivers.

    settings and reverted to default settings. Possibly a bad lithium. I will
    check it out on next site visit.

    Tuned up the four transceivers and performed windows updates on the PC's
    on 3/22/11. I also downloaded the buffers to see if any tagged fish went
    through the fishway while the computers were down last week. I will make a
    patch file to fill the data gaps caused by the computer outage.

    Transceivers were activated on 3/3/11 at approximately 08:25 PST.

    The fishway was watered up on 2/27 at some point in the afternoon. The
    transceivers were activated on 2/28 at approximately 1600 hours. However,
    there is a communications issue between the transceivers and the computers
    as the data files are empty. I will investigate and get that straightened
    out.
