    08:40 am PST.

    An unknown source caused the noise on all four transceivers to spike to
    100%
    on Monday 10/22 at 07:45 am PST. The noise source disappeared on Friday
    10/26 at 18:00 PST. No tags were detected during the entire time the noise
    was present. No information yet on what caused the noise to spike.

    Files RRF12299.E1 and RRF12300.D1 were rejected because of garbled
    characters in the files. I removed the bad characters and manually
    resubmitted the files successfully.
