    O&M visit on 7/17. Tuned and tested the four RRF transceivers and updated
    computers.

    Updated the data computers at RRJ and checked out RRJ mux.

    Interference from a mystery source popped up around 22:30 PST on
    Wednesday,
    3/6, causing 100% noise on all four antennas on the Rocky Reach adult
    ladder. On 3/13, Chelan County PUD wiremen determined the interference
    came
    from the breaker servicing the visitor center parking lot lights. They
    were
    able to fix the interference issue at approximately 15:00 PST on 3/13.
    During the over 7 days of 100% noise, there were no detections at RRF.

    Rocky Reach fishway was watered up on 2/18/13 at 14:30 PST. The
    transceivers
    were activated on 3/1/13 at 09:30 PST.
