    Minimon was updated to version 1.7.0 on 9/18/12.

    The Rocky Reach juvenile bypass was dewatered on 9/1/12 at midnight. The
    last file for the year was RRJ12254.D1. The site is now down until next
    spring.

    I edited the following rejected files and re-submitted them. When the mux
    lost its settings, the mux ID changed from B0 to A0 and any files with tag
    codes were rejected due to the incorrect ID.

    RRJ mux lost its settings on 8/08/12. I re-flashed the mux and
    reconfigured
    it.

    Site visit on 4/24. I re-tuned antenna one to try to reduce the noise.
    When I left, average noise on antenna 1 was 3%.
