    O&M visit on 7/17. Tuned and tested the four RRF transceivers and updated
    computers.

    Updated the data computers at RRJ and checked out RRJ mux.

    I turned on and tuned the mux on 3/6 and started data computers on 3/6 at
    approximately 10:22 PST. The system is scheduled to test water flows and
    test fish will be released around 3/18. Official water up is scheduled for
    around the first of April.
