    9/1/2010 - Updated the MUX firmware to 2.1.  Updated the Minimon software
    to 1.5.3.  Updated the Minimon registry/country code to read and record
    384 prefix tags correctly.

    8/22/10 at 00:00 to 9/1/10 at 10:07 - No interrogation files during this
    time because of a computer problem.  Buffer confirms no detections
    during this time period.
