    SCL Site Event Log 2010.  The adult ladder and detection site for the
    Spring Creek NFH ladder was operational on 8/25/2010 at 0830 hours to scan
    adult fish entering the Spring Creek NFH facility.  Automatic uploads to
    PITAGIS did not occur until 9/7/2010 due to MUX and minimon communication
    issues.  After 9/7/2010 uploads occurred every 6 hours to PTAGIS.  The
    adult ladder was closed on 10/06/2010 at 0800 hours.

    Added a new SCL interrogation site definition for Spring Creek NFH adult
