    11/3/09  09:00 - SFL  PITIS system dismantled and removed for the Winter.
    Expected reinstall in early Spring, 2010.

    10/29/09 20:44 - SFL  System power failure.  Problem was not addressed due
    to pending removal for the Winter. No further interrogation data to be
    collected at this time.

    7/22/09 at 1330 - SFL - Downloaded MUX.  Memory was full and data was
    overwritten.  Data gap from 7/16/09 at 1223 through 7/20/09 at 0744.

    4/11/09 at 1455 - SFL - Interrogation system installation completed and
    turned on by US Fish and Wildlife Service crew.

    4/13/09 at 1000 - SFL - From US Fish and Wildlife crew notes:  System was
    shut down at approximately 1000 for about four hours for tuning.  System
    back on at approximately 1400.  System run continuously from this point
    forward.

    4/22/09 at 1219 - SFL - Transceiver ID changed to "F0" and antenna IDs
    changed from "01" and "02" to "F1" (upstream) and "F2" (downstream).
