    Kirk Schroeder, ODFW, reports that the SUJ detection system was
    re-activated around noon on Wednesday, September 26, and that the
    facility began collection (and detection) activities sometime on
    Thursday, September 27.  SUJ activities had been on hiatus since the 
    middle of June.
