    Performed maintenance and trouble-shooting on SUJ computer from 10 am to
    noon:  Rebooted computer to solve dial-up connection problems.  Installed
    version 1.4.2 of Minimon.   Sullivan bypass was shut down for cleaning and
    no fish were moving through the bypass.

    in the PTAGIS warning interval - change made at 1600 on April 21,2003.

    Replaced UPS at Sullivan Plant on Tuesday, March 11, about 12:30 pm.
    Brief shutdown during switchover.  Computer is plugged into one UPS and
    transceiver is plugged into a second UPS.

    UPS at Sullivan Plant failed sometime around 0500 February 25.  Notice of
    problem was received on February 26 and was fixed by 1400.
