    SUJ computer restarted 12/22/04 around 11 am.  Computer was frozen and not
    responding - stopped on 12/20/04 at shortly after 6 am.  Last file that

    SUJ computer restarted 11/25/04 around noon.  Computer was frozen and not
    responding - stopped on 11/23/04 at 7:23 pm.  Last file that was created

    Sullivan Plant bypass was put into interrogation mode on 11/2/04 at 8:15
    am (plant was shut down for maintenance and construction of new fish
    passage facilities on 6/14/04)

    Sullivan Plant shut down on June 14, 2004 ending interrogation in the
    bypass.  The SUJ transceiver was shut off.  Plans are to put the plant
    back on line in late September or early October.

    I disabled site checking for SUJ, as directed by Kirk Schroeder.

    upgrade to MiniMon version 1.4.4 - uninstalled old MiniMon versions
    copy user files into windows system to fix "ghost" buttons in the taskbar
    that were being created by PCAnywhere
    Interrogation stopped around 11:15, testing of startup procedure finished
    around 12:15
