    Sullivan Plant interrogator was taken off-line on June 9, 2006 at 0730
    (PDT).  The plant was shut down for construction of a new bypass system
    and will remain shut down until mid to late October.

    Prior to the plant shutdown, the full-flow antenna (01) was inoperable
    from midday May 31, 2006 to June 9, 2006.  That antenna had been
    experiencing trouble with low power (<2 amps) and will be repaired this
    summer.
