     PGE biologist attempted to upgrade MiniMon to ver. 1.7.0, but were
    unsuccessful. Computers were offline from 4/17/13 @ 09:00 to 4/19/13 @
    10:17. MiniMon was upgraded on 4/19/13 @ 10:00.  Buffers from North Fish
    bypass and Turbine 13 were downloaded and tag detections were recovered
    and submitted to PTAGIS.
