    The Minimon PC was not uploading files at the regular scheduled interval.
    Found that the application was building on large continuous file. Deleted
    all temp files and attempted to restart Minimon but was unsuccessful. When
    trying to restart Minimon, the OS returned, another instance of Minimon is
    already running. restarted PC in order to flush all Remanence of the
    problem.

    The COE is finishing up the sheet rock for the PIT tag room. Door is hung
    but no door knobs were ordered. We will have to talk with Bob Cordie and
    find out what the plan is for getting the door knob and lock installed.

    Regarding three file gaps:

    6/10/2013: MiniMon file TD213161.M4 fills a gap in recovery from an
    unknown error.

    6/11/2013 1549-1553 PST: No activity was recorded on the M4 machine while
    the MiniMon machine was recovering from a Windows blue screen error.

    6/12/2013 0723-0725 PST: No activity was recorded on the M4 machine while
    the MiniMon machine was recovering from a Windows blue screen error.

    Files TD2-2013-161-X-009.xml (M4) and TD213161.BUF (MiniMon) were created
    from buffered data from the transceivers. This data covers the time during
    the power outage on 6-10-2013. Since the transceivers remained on UPS
    power the whole time, no data gap exists from the power outage.

    The site was visited 6-11-2013 to download the transceiver buffers.
    Buffered data will be used to mitigate the data gaps caused by Monday's
    power outage. The transceivers' bufferes were cleared after the download.

    MiniMon PC1 blue screened twice, 6-11-2013 ~1530 PST and 6-12-2013 ~0730
    PST. Files TD213162.F9 and TD213163.C9 are resurrected .tmp files from
    these events. File TD213163.C9 inadvertently was given a closing timestamp
    of 17:23 - it should have been 07:23. This will show a 10 hour overlap in
    reports, but the records contained in that file have accurate time stamps.
    The remaining gaps will be filled with M4 data.

    A GMC was also performed. The MiniMon PC will be replaced during the next
    site visit.

    Noticed that on the legacy TT report that there was a 0 for the last 3
    hours for both transceivers. Remoted in fired the TT and did a status
    dump. TTs fired and noise was low. On new TT report all TT had fired.

    In preparation of the building of the PITtag room PSMFC was on site to
    clear the memory of both transceivers and cover the platform with plastic
    sheeting to prevent sheetrock dust in the CPU's. The memory was cleared at
    10:55 PDT.

    A site GMC was performed today 5-3-13. The transceivers wer echecked for
    tuning and noise. The TD213122.H1 file was missing from the load this
    morning, it was in the archive forlder so I manually submitted it. I
    investigated the noise anomolies that we have been seeing, the dimmers
    were replaced with switches with the exception of the track lighting but
    I had the CW personnel operate them and did not see anything on the
    transceivers. There is also a vari-ac that controls the crowder lights
    and this did not seem to have an affect on the transcievers. PSMFC will
    continue to monitor this situation and see if a pattern developes. The PC
    clocks are within 10 seconds of each other and atomic time. No problems
    were discovered during this visit.

    A site GMC was performed today 4-24-13. The transceivers were checked for
    tuning and noise. The PC clocks are within 20 seconds of each other and
    atomic time. No problems were discovered.
    The utility machine displayed an error that memory was low, i rebooted the
    machine and checked the memory and it is reporting that there is 418G of
    free memory. Not sure what is going on with this machine. After rebooting
    I was able to run Mozilla.

    Performed site GMC on 4/18/2013. Transceivers were checked for tune and
    detection. The Utility PC had a windows alert that it was running low on
    memory. There were no programs running. The PC was rebooted and the alert
    went away. There are no other problems to report.

    A site GMC was performed today (4-10-13). The M4 Version 1.5.1 was
    uninstalled and version 1.5.4 was installed. The PC clock was set to
    automatically adjust for daylight savings time. The transceivers were
    checked for tuning, and noise. No problems were discovered during this
    visit.

    On Thursday 2-28-13 the finalization of the antenna and platform
    installation was complete. The antennas were tested and mapped and the
    platform communications to the transceivers and to PTAGIS were completed.
    The moving grating is to be installed by Biomark on 2-8-13. The ladder is
    scheduled to be watered up on 3-11-13.
