    The adult ladder was shut down at about 0900 on 5/29/04 and opened back up
    on 6/1/04 at about 1600, due to debris loads in the Umatilla River

    On April 27th the upstream antenna at TMA was found on the floor so it was
    retaped to the window.  We now know that it had been down since at least
    April 13th and possibly as early as the afternoon of April 1st.

    On May 11th the TMA readers were checked and the downstream reader was not
    on.  There was a power outage sometime between 2300 on May 9th and 0100 on
    May 10th which may have caused the downstream reader to shut off, but both
    readers are connected to a backup battery to prevent this from happening.
    We are looking into the cause.  In the meantime we will check the site
    twice a week.
