    On November 12th 2008, high water pulled the antenna cables from antennas
    2
    and 6 at TRC.  These antennas were reconnected on November 25th.

    Due to a bad battery charging connection there was some down time at TRC
    recently.  Power to the MUX was lost from 2/14/08 at 21:00hrs to 2/15/08
    at
    11:27:00.  Power was also down from 2/19/08 at 08:00:00 to 2/22/08 at
    11:00:00.  During the time between these outages, there were several
    periods of high noise due to the bad charging connection; read ability was
    partially compromised.  The problem was rectified on 2/22/08 at 11:00:00.

    TRC has suffered loss of power on a couple of occasions recently.  From
    12/25/2007 at 08:30 to 12/27/2007 at 14:30 and from 1/2/2008 at 16:30 to
    1/8/2008 at 10:30 power was down.
