    From October 12, 2009 at 15:00 hrs to October 21, 2009 at 16:00 hrs power
    was lost to the TRC site.

    The TRC site has been non-operational since 12/10/08 due to power problems
    and weather (snowed out).  The road has been plowed now and on 1/15/09 Ian
    Jezorek and Carrie Munz were able to get in, dig out, and get the system
    up
    and running again.  Antennas number 1, 2, and 6 are not responding and
    probably have detached cords due to the high water last week.  Once the
    water drops a bit more we should be able to get in and reattach those
    antennas.
