    The TRC site was turned off on 1 October 2012 at 09:13 to relocated the
    site to a slightly downstream location with better winter access.

    The site was restarted (slightly different location but same antenna
    configuration) on 5 October 2012 with antennas 2, 3, 4,  5 functioning.

    Data collection was suspended from 10 October 2012 at 08:45 to 12 October
    2012 at 12:00.

    On 18 October 2012, antennas 3, 4, 5, and 6 were on.  Antennas 1 and 2 are
    disconnected due to noise issues.

    One 26 October 2012, antenna 1 was reconnected.
