    There was a power outtage at Tumwater fish ladder on 7/10 at 15:00 until
    7/14 at 7:07. I believe that all data at the site in between those times
    is lost. We will check the mux buffer for any lost tags and submit them if
    we find them.

    The phone line at TUF went out on 4/11, so the site was unable to send
    data files. Thad Mosey fixed the issue on 4/16, and data can now be
    uploaded again. Thad manually uploaded 30 files, and left 10 more to be
    uploaded automatically in 3 hours.

    I updated the mux firmware from 1.7 to 1.9 on 4/8/08. I put a test tag
    through the antennas to make sure that the antennas had the correct ID. I
    emailed all outstanding files to Dave Marvin to process and submit to the
    database.

    TUF lost power sometime after 12:00 pst on 4/5/08. Power was restored on
    12:27 on 4/8/08. So we lost any data between that time. There were no new
    tags in the mux buffer. Thad Mosey of Cheland PUD would like a generator
    installed at the site, but doesn't think it will happen any time soon.  He
    will talk to WDFW techs who come to the site every day to check the trap
    about checking the power on a daily basis.

    Tumwater system was watered up and PIT tag monitoring began on 1/31/08 at
    approximately 13:30 hours PST.

    Auto data uploading was suspended on 3/26/08 at @ 0700. We have the wrong
    firmware on the mux and it is assigning the wrong ID's to the coils. We
    will  turn on auto-uploading when we get the firmware updated.

    Chelan PUD had the phone line installed at Tumawter Fishway. I enabled the
    automatic data upload at the site on 3/20 at about 9:00 am. I brought the
    files that had been accruing with me back to Boise to upload via email. I
    also checked the diagnostics of the mux.

    I created a new TUF detection site definition in the PTAGIS meta-data
    dictionary.
