    I created file TUF09325.ALL to bridge the data gap from 11/21/09 at 06:00
    to
    11/24/09 at 08:12. The tag codes in the file were recovered from the mux
    buffer.

    The 26 hour data gap was filled with file TUF09306.ALL. The tags in the
    file
    were recovered from the mux transceiver buffer.

    There was a power outage at TUF on 11/02/09 sometime after 9:00 am. The
    computers did not turn back on after the power outage, so I downloaded the
    buffer from the mux to collect the data from 11/02/09 at 9:00 am to
    11/03/09
    at 11:09 am. I will submit the data to PTAGIS when I get it sorted out
    today.

    There was a 12-hour power outage at TUF on Friday, March 6. Apparently,
    when the UPS gave out both computers shut off and did not restart when
    power was re-established.  There is a gap in the data files from March 6
    at 21:00 until Thad Mosey restarted the PCs on Monday, March 9, at 13:32
    (PST) and verified that MiniMon had re-started.  The transceiver was on,
    and in scan mode.

    TUF was watered up on February 26 at approximately 4:00 p.m. PST. Thad
    Mosey of Chelan PUD put the transceiver in scan mode on February 27 at
    8:03 a.m. PST.

    Tumwater was dewatered this morning for maintenance. It will be watered
    back up sometime next week. I will post the water up date when I find out
    when it is exactly.

    I enabled site-checking for the Tumwater Dam adult fishway (TUF).  Thad
    and Brett will receive alerts if PTAGIS has not heard from TUF for more
    than six hours.  The site is currently uploading data files every three
    hours.
