    The dial-up modem has failed in the primary data computer. We will install
    a new one on Monday 9/27, and upload the existing data.

    I installed a new lithium battery to the mux and installed the country
    code patch to Minimon that allows it to recognize 384 prefix tags

    Phone line problems are preventing the data from being uploaded. Thad
    Mosey has been trying to get the issue fixed.

    The computers lost power on 1/25 and were down for 23 hours. There were no
    tag detections in the mux buffer during the time the computers were down.
    I created a patch file named TUF10026.ALL to fill the data gap. There are
    no tag codes in the file.
