    There was a power outage due to heavy snow and wind at TUF sometime after
    03:00 am on 12/17/12 and power is still out as of this writing at 09:15 am
    PST on 12/18/12. Thad Mosey from CCPUD will make sure the data computers
    are
    back on once power is restored.

    There was a power outage at TUF at some point after 12:00 pm PST on
    10/2/12,
    caused by a pine tree falling across some power lines. Power was restored
    to
    the data computers at 10:06 am on 10/03/12. I will download the mux buffer
    on my next O&M visit to see if there are any detections in the mux buffer
    that were missed while the computers were down.

    Minimon was updated to version 1.7.0 on 9/18/12.

    A power outtage caused an approximately 18 hour data gap on 7/22 and 7/23.
    I
    recovered the incomplete data file TUF12204.G1, added a closing time-date
    stamp and submitted it to PTAGIS.

    I downloaded the mux buffer to retrieve any tags that passed through the
    system but were not recorded in an interrogation file. I created a PIFF
    file, TUF12204.ALL, which includes missing data from the mux buffer and
    submitted that file also.

    The data PC's lost power at some point the evening of 7/22. Now, a windows
    error has crippled PC 1's ability to upload data files. Thad Mosey of
    Chelan
    re-booted the PC's and retrieved files from PC from 7/23 and 7/24 and I
    submitted them manually to PTAGIS. I will be on site on 7/26 to hopefully
    repair PC 1 and get it back on line.

    Site visit on 5/15/12. I checked the tune on the mux and performed some
    computer maintenance on the data computers.

    O&M visit on 3/6. Tuned mux and checked data computers

    I created the data file TUF12018.CD9 to fill in the data gap caused by a
    data computer power outage. Per the mux buffer, there were no tag
    detections
    during the power outage.
