    12-13-11    All antennas  at the TWR site are up and operational and have
    been functioning properly since 8-16-11.

    08/16/2011 replaced antenna B4, whole site functioning as of 1500 hrs.

    8/8/11  1530 hours antenna B1 was reinstalled.

    8/5/11  1600 hours antenna B5 was reinstalled.  Antenna B4 is the only
    antenna not currently operating at the TWR site.

    7/11/2011 at 16:00 hrs antenna B3 was plugged back in and is
    functioning. Condition of antennas B1,B4,  and B5 will be assessed as
    river discharge continues to decrease. Antennas B2,B3, and B6 are now
    currently operational.

    Antenna B4  quit functioning between 11:22:37 and 13:23:44 on 6/13/11.
    Antenna B5 quit functioning between 7:23:49 and 9:23:49 on 6/14/11.
    Currently only antennas B2 and B6 are functioning at the TWR site.

    Antenna B3 ceased operating between 21:53:33 hours on 6/12/11 and
    01:38:41 hours on 6/13/11.

    Antenna B1 ceased operating between the hours of 00:59:22 and 04:55:49
    on 5/15/11. All other antenna at this site are still currently
    operational. Antenna B1 will be troubleshot and repaired when the high
    water recedes.

    2-7-11  Broken antennas B3, B5, and B6 were replaced. Whole site up and
    operational as of approximately 16:00 hours

    1/31/11 Antennas B1 and B2 were plugged back in approximately 16:00 hrs.
    Only antennas B1,B2 and B4 operational at this time.

    1/27/11  Damage from 1/17, 1/26/11 was discovered.

    1/26/11   Sometime after 7:41 antenna B5 was  damaged and filled with
    water.

    1/17/11  Sometime after 1:40 am ice destroyed antennas B3 and B6 and
    unplugged antennas B1 and B2.
