    7/25/12   14:00 hours   Antenna B4 was replaced  and is functioning.  All
    antennas at the TWR site are operating at this time.

    5/16/12      Antenna B4  was broken  between  03:35 and 04:35 AM  and is
    non functional.  We will replace this antenna as soon as we can safely
    enter the river, when the high flows recede.
