    11/9/08 at 11:30 to 11/18/08 at 12:53 - MUX not functioning properly. No
    data were collected.

    10/22/08 at 09:14 to 11/9/08 at 11:29 - Computer problems at the site.
    Detections were retrieved
    from the buffer file and submitted via UM208323.ALL file.

    09/22/2008 at 00:01 to 10/22/2008 at 09:13 - Computer harddrive problems.
    MUX was on entire time, therefore there
    should be no lost data.

    5/6/08 at 10:20 to 9/16/08 at 17:30 - Array was not collecting data.
    Antenna 2, 3, 4 and 5 were reinstalled.  Site is now collecting data.

    5/6/08 at 10:20 to present - Site was washed out in the spring.  We have
    plans to replace missing and broken
    antennas and have site be fully operational before winter 2008.

    4/22/08 at 19:00 - Antennas #3 and #5 were unplugged and not collecting data.
    At this time, only antenna # 2 remains at the site.

    3/12/08 at 10:00 - Upon arrival antenna #4 was not working and #6 was
    missing.  There is no computer on site and prior to this date test tags
    were not being stored in the buffer, therefore it could not be determined
    when these antennas went down and were not collecting data.
