    Power restored to site at 16:30 on 10-5-13.  Antenna 6 (*16) lost power on
    9-10 after 19:30 and is still out at this point.

    Site was shut down today at 13:15 due to a power failure.  Leading up to
    the power failure, antennas began experiencing high noise levels.  A
    description of the time and extent of the problems will occur once power
    is re-established.
