EVENT LOG FOR SITE UTR

        The first line of each entry contains a date/time stamp & who is reporting.
        The most recent entry is listed first.

    04/29/2013 @~09:56 Dedloff  Downloaded file UTR13119.ALL and erased the
    buffer. The GFI tripped again shortly after I reset it after the UTR13109
    download so we have nothing between 10:48 on 3/28 till  13:04 on 4/19/13.
    We found that the outlet we share with USFS was being tripped by a faulty
    heater. The problem appears to be fixed.

    04/19/2013 @~12:51 Dedloff  Downloaded file UTR13109.ALL and erased the
    buffer. The GFI tripped on 3/28/13 sometime after 10:48 and I reset on
    4/19/13 @ about 12:45. We later discovered that the outlet we share with
    USFS was being tripped by a faulty heater. This same problem will have an
    effect on the following file download.
