    Ben sends the following information:
    
    UWE was installed on 9/21/12 by WDFW staff.   The site consist of six 20 ft. 
    PVC antennas in a single row installed in flat-plate configuration.  The site 
    was powered up on 10/12/12 when the thermoelectric generator was installed.  
    Since 10/12/12 the site ran continuously without any interruptions through 
    the end of the year.
