    UWE site lost power and was down from 9/5/13 at 04:30 until 10/14/13 at
    10:45.  The thermoelectric generator failed, resulting in a loss of power
    to the site until a replacement TEG could be installed.  A replacement TEG
    was installed on 10/14/13.  Data from 10/14 through 10/22 was uploaded
    manually, as the power failure also caused the battery supply for the
    CR1000 to fail.  A replacement battery for the CR1000 was installed on
    10/22, and data is being automatically uploaded daily.
