Do not use tabs, only spaces. Date Time Who What ---------- ----- -------- ----------------------------------------------- 11/14/2002 14:00 Dave I modified the admin_addr field in etc/sites to specifically reference ptoc_ken. Event-driven e-mail notifications regarding this site will now be sent to Don, Scott, and Darren, but not to Carter, Dave, John, Todd, or Sean Casey. 09/17/2002 13:19 scott Per Dave M. request, Verified that VC102256.b file does not exist on the data collection pc. This void is most likely due to a power outage occuring while this file was being created. 09/05/2002 12:03 Scott_Li The file VC102245.C (9/2/2 noon-14:06), does not exist on the VC1 computer either in the data or archive directory. Suspect that this file was currently being built when a power outage occured. 08/10/2002 18:07 scottl The site is in operation AND Actively sending files. With the help of Gary Gadwa, we successfully configured the site pc. 08/10/2002 12:25 Scott_Li Tried to connect to the computer but got no responce. Left message with Gary Gadwa to check status on the install. Will continue to follow up until the system is back online... 08/09/2002 11:08 Scott_Li The data collection computer failed beyond repair sometime after 0100 hrs 8/8/02 pst. This was confirmed by on-site contact Gary Gadwa Id. Fish and Game. As a temporary stop gap measure to resume communications and data collection, a preconfigured desktop pc and monitor was shipped to the site attn: Gary G. This computer and peripherals is on loan by PSMFC to NMFS until a permanent system provided by NMFS can be purchased and deployed. Expect this system to be back online no later than 8/10/02 depending on when Gary can help with this situation. The transceiver is storing data to the buffer and the buffer contents can be retrieved. Will coordinate with Carter at some point in order to process the buffered information.. 08/08/2002 11:01 Darren_C The communications for file upload were completed yesterday at 10:00 and files were being sent on a regular basis until the 6:00 load for this morning. I tried to PCA into the site but was unable to establish a Dial-up connection. I was informed by Bill Wassard from NMFS this morning that there was an electrician on site yesterday installing some ground rods. I do not know what time the work was done. He is trying to get a hold of the electrician today. I have a call into Gary Gadwa (our contact in Stanley) to try and find out what state the system is in. 08/02/2002 14:18 Scott_Li At this time, we have no way of knowing the dispostion of the interrogation platform. Bill Wassard (NMFS) was at the location on 8/1 and confirmed that the site computer was collecting data but obviously not submitting data files. . This will be corrected at the earliest Tuesday 8/6 and no later than 8/9. 07/28/2002 00:42 Darren_C This site will be brought back on line next week. We have changed from a satellite connection to a land line connection. PTOC personnel will be on location to verify all communications and transfers at that time. 07/15/2002 13:09 Darren_C Due to some unforeseen electrical issues I was informed by Bill Wassard from NMFS that this site will be shut down until some time next week. He will inform us when the site is returned to operation. 07/12/2002 07:51 Darren VC2 site was commissioned on 7-11-02 at about 13:00 PST. VC1 was commissioned on 7-11-02 at about 16:00. These sites are considered to be in production mode. 07/10/2002 15:10 Dave Initial submission for Event Log creation. ####End of Event Log for VC1###
