    VC2 went back online  2008-11-06 09:19:03 after the original computers
    hard drive crashed. This computer was replaced with a backup computer on
    10/01/08 with MiniMon taking data till it was replaced with a new site
    computer on 2008-11-06 09:19:03. Data never uploaded because of Internet
    connection problems. Network connection was reestablished with new a
    Satellite Internet System and WiFi radios. Fiber optic modems have not bin
    replaced till a suitable modem can be found. Data file gaps are being
    looked at from Reader buffer and MiniMon files.

    Auto Upload was suspended till new fiber optic modems can be installed
    because of Invalid detections.

    VC2 is not sending Data till the computer Hard drive is replaced later
    this week.

    VC2 Data stopped 08/02/08 14:00:00 and started sending 08/03/08 00:00:00
    with gaps in files. replaced one of the Two Prototype Speedbump Antennas.
    Installed two Flat Plate Pipe Antennas, Tuned existing Speedbump and moved
    all antennas 75 feet downstream. Replaced cable to all antennas.

    The DMBS server crashed yesterday as interrogation data files were being
    processed.  The appropriate steps were taken to restart the DBMS and
    recover unprocessed data records and their source files.  As part of the
    recovery process, most of the outstanding data files were processed
    yesterday afternoon.  The remaining 15 files were processed this morning.
     This included one file each from GOJ, MC2, MCJ, RIA, SUJ, VC1, VC2, and
    WEA, four files from TWX, and three files from WFF.
