    9/22/2010 - Site was down from 11:22 a.m. until 12:15 pm 9/22/2010 for
    physical site configuration change to ISEMP standard equipment and
    configuration.  Significant alterations include: power supplied using a
    thermal electric generator, data storage using CR1000 datalogger, site
    communications using cellular modem, air temperature probe added, water
    temperature probe added, water depth transducer added.  Automatic data
    uploads are currently being sent to QCI Boise PIT Array Server to be
    uploaded to PTAGIS.

    There are 254 detection records for 125 unique tags detected at VC2
    between 7/24/10 13:52:33 and 8/24/10 21:02:19.  These detections were
    mapped to site configuration #110, but in fact were detected after the new
    configuration #120 (with two arrays of three antennas each) was deployed.
     The new configuration was not reported to PTAGIS until after the fact.
    All VC2 detection data processed after 8/25/10 23:00 are correctly mapped
    to configuration #120.

    8/17/2010 - Stopped Minimon to perform a buffer download.  Reset reader
    because VTT is not being buffered.

    7/28/2010 - Site down from 16:21 until 19:59 on 8/5/2010 due to solar
    panel failure.

    7/22/2010 - Site down from 9:45am until 7/24/2010 at 12:20pm (PST) for
    antenna upgrade.  Three 10' antennas were removed and replaced with six
    20' antennas arranged in two rows that span the stream from bank to
    bank.   Installed new transceiver box and moved MUX to closer to stream.

    I transferred Data Stewardship from Steve Achord to Chris Jordan, and
    assigned Gabriel Brooks as the technical point of contact.  I replaced
    Steve, Bill, and Gary Gadwa, with Chris and Gabriel to received automated
    alerts if we don't receive data files at least once per day.

    Communications to VC2 has been down 3/29/10 because of Satellite
    Internet has been inadvertently turned off. It will be restored the week
    of 4/12/10.

    I manually modified the FILE CLOSED time from "03:00" to "04:00" to
    circumvent a processing error associated with the shift from PST to PDT.
