    No downtime was recorded at Valley Creek (VC2) during 2011.  On March 26,
    2011 a DC battery switcher was installed to help reduce noise levels
    resulting from noise entering the system through the long unshielded power
    cable.  In October, 2011 a 250 gallon propane tank was added, replacing
    the
    four 25 gallon tanks.
