    On May 19, 2012 antenna 5 became dislodged during high flows.  The antenna
    was replaced on September 13, 2012.  In addition, the antennas were
    re-rocked.  The transceiver started having antenna current issues in July,
    2012.  Antenna current would increase to unsafe levels at which point the
    transceiver would place the antennas into standby mode.  The transceiver
    was
    replaced in July and sent back for repairs.  After the repairs the
    transceiver was re-installed but continued to have the same issue.  The
    transceiver was again replaced in September 2012.
