    The right ladder was dewatered on Thursday 12/16. The left ladder is still
    in operation. I put transceivers 05, 06, 07 and 08 in standby.

    There are network issues on the data computers at Wells dam. Data hasn't
    been uploaded since Friday 7/23. A network guy at the PUD is working on it
    and hopefully it will be resolved today.

    The ladders were partially dewatered on 7/20 to clean the viewing windows
    and do some other ladder maintenance. The east ladder was down from 0700
    to 1240 PST and the west ladder was down from 1250 to around 1600 PST. The
    ladders were not dewatered all the way and there was some fish movement
    and detections during that time.

    O&M on 4/20/10. Did Windows updates and re-booted PC's.

    I manually modified the FILE CLOSED time from "03:00" to "04:00" to
    circumvent a processing error associated with the shift from PST to PDT.

    The right-side ladder was watered up on 2/3/10 at about 4:00 pm PST. Now,
    both ladders are watered up for the year.

    The left ladder was dewatered on 12/22/09 and watered back up on 1/5/10.
    The right ladder was dewatered on 1/14/10. No word yet as to when it will
    be watered back up.
