    Due to a series of power outtages and surges last week, the UPS's of
    transceiver 01 and 06 failed. I reset the transceivers and replaced the
    UPS's. I tuned and tested all transceivers on the ladder and the fish
    traps.

    O&M visit on 2/22. I tuned each transceiver and did some computer software
    updates. Everything is working great except the virtual timer tag on
    trnsceiver 08 is broken. I didn't have a spare with me, so I will replace
    it
    the next time I go to WEA.

    The left ladder was watered up on 1/27/11. Both ladders are now watered
    up.

    The right ladder was watered back up on 12/29/10.

    The left ladder was dewatered on 1/6/11. No word yet as to when it will be
    watered back up. Transceivers 01, 02, 03, and 04 are in stand by.

    Backup computer was locked up. I visited WEA on 1/18 and re-booted the
    backup computer and performed security updates on both computers
