In Mid-May, Willamette Falls Fishway computers had problems with the network connection. 
ODFW ISD personnel fixed the network connection. On June 8th, a power outage occurred at 
WFF. Power was restored, but MiniMon failed to restart because ISD had logged into the 
computer and MiniMon was not configured correctly; the computers failed to automatically 
log on.  So the computers did not collect data for 12 days: from 6/8/12 09:20 to 6/20/12 
13:15. Auto login fixed on 6/20/12.

Transceiver #4 at Willamette Falls Fishway was offline from 05/08/12 15:44 to 05/23/12 
12:00. Power surge cause circuit breaker to trip. Reset circuit breaker on 05/16/12, 
problem fixed. Forgot to reattach fiber optic cables on 05/16/12. Reattached fiber optic 
cables on 05/23/12, transceiver is working.

Computers at Willamette Falls Fishway were off from 5/17/2012 09:14 to 5/18/2012 13:07 
due to a power outage.

Computers at Willamette Falls Fishway were unable to collect data from 08:17 05/11/12 
to 15:06 05/14/12 due to power outage on 05/11/12; computers restarted after outage, 
but did not auto login. Minimon was not operating during this period. Corrected auto 
login and fixed the problem. Downloaded and erased buffers from transceivers on 05/16/12.
Some tag data was probably loss due to incorrect buffer download procedure.  Will submit 
data collected during this period to PTAGIS.
