     Power outage on 4/16/2013 @ Willamette Falls Fishway caused the circuit
    breakers to trip on Tranceivers #2-4. Only Tranceiver #1 continued to
    operate. Transceivers # 2-4 were offline for 6 days 3 hrs and 46 mins (4-
    16-13 to 4-22-13); lost data from this time period. Reset circuit
    breakers. Back up and running @ 4/22/13 12:40.

    A power surge @ Willamette Falls Fishway caused transceivers #3 and #4
    (downstream antenna's) circuit breakers to trip. On 2/20/13, Reset circuit
    breakers and restarted computers. All transceivers back online.
    Transceivers offline from 2/15/13 09:08 to 2/20/13 @ 11:30.
