    On November 21, antennas 1 and 4 at WRU were either disconnected or
    damaged by flooding.  They have been taken out of the sequence until the
    water drops and we can reconnect or replace them.

    WRU began data collection on 12 October 2012.

    From 16 October through 23 October the site was affected by noise but this
    was corrected with a ground wire on 23 October.

    On 23 October, Antenna 2 was discovered to have leaked and was taken out
    of sequence until it can be replaced.
