    On 29 September 2013 at about 19:00, contact was lost with the Number 2
    antenna at WRU. This was due to a cable problem. The cable was replaced on
    22 October 2013 at about 12:00.

    On 3 September 2013, Antennas 1 and 2 at the WRU site were replaced (had
    incurred flood damage last year) and the site is now functioning with all
    six antennas.

    WRU was down from 12:30 am to 1:30 pm on 5/30/2013.  An extra solar panel
    was added on 5/30 that should help boost battery charging.

    WRU suffered several power loss incidents recently due to problems with
    the
    solar charging system.

    Down times were:  5/17/13 at 2200 through 5/20/13 at 1100;
                                5/22/13 at 0400 through 5/24/13 at 1200;
                                5/26/13 at 0400 through 5/28/13 at 0900

    An upgrade to the solar system is planned for 5/30/13 that will hopefully
    alleviate the problem.

    On 20 February 2013, the number four antenna at WRU was replaced. The
    antenna had been damaged in November of 2012 and had not been functioning
    since.
