    11/17/10 at 00:00  - 12/5/10 at 12:15 - Empty interrogation files.  Buffer
    download confirms MUX was running and collecting data the entire time.
    WW210339.ALL was submitted with missing detections.

    10/30/10 at 00:00 to 11/4/10 at 15:09 - Propane ran out at site.  No data
    were collected.

    8/17/10 at 12:25 to 8/31/10 at 12:52 - MUX firmware update to 2.1 and
    Minimon to 1.5.3.
    Since 8/17/10 firmware 1.8, the tag codes would not load properly into
    interrogation files.  Therefore, CN downloaded the buffer and got tag codes
    not reported during the time period above and submitted them in WW210243.ALL.
    After submission of this file there will be no missing detections for this
    time period.
    8/27/10 at ~16:10 to 8/30/10 at ~08:00am - Propane out at site.  Site only
    powers during daylight when solar panels could work. No interrogation files
    to confirm.
    8/26/10 at ~16:10 to 8/27/10 at ~9:50 - Propane out at site.  Site only
    powers during daylight when solar panels could work.
    8/25/10 at 16:10 to 8/26/10 at 9:50 - Propane out at site.  Site only
    powers during daylight when solar panels could work.
    8/24/10 at 13:50 to 8/25/10 at 9:50 - Propane out at site.  Site only
    powers during daylight when solar panels could work.

    8/11/10 at 08:23 to 8/17/10 at 12:25 - Serial cable between computer and
    MUX was disconnected.  Site still running entire time.  Tags were located
    in the buffer and submitted to PTAGIS via WW210229.ALL.

    7/25/10 at 00:00 to 8/02/10 at 18:54 - Propane out at site.  No records
    either buffer or interrogation could be found for this time period. No
    data were collected
    during non-solar hours.
    7/24/10 at 16:01 to 7/25/10 at 00:00 -  Propane out at site. Site only
    powered during daylight when solar panels could work and batteries
    charged.
    7/23/10 at 15:50 to 7/24/10 at 12:11 - Propane out at site. Site only
    powered during daylight when solar panels could work and batteries
    charged.
    7/22/10 at 16:00 to 7/23/10 at 12:10 - Propane out at site. Site only
    powered during daylight when solar panels could work and batteries
    charged.
    7/21/10 at 16:00 to 7/22/10 at 12:00 - Propane out at site. Site only

    5/7/10 - Power inverter for modem blew. Site cannot upload until further
    notice.

    REVISED 3/5/10 at 00:01 to 4/18/10 -  Empty interrogation
    files. Buffer was downloaded and timer tags were used to determine
    MUX on/off times(see below).Detections were submitted in WW210112.ALL.

    2/28/10 at 07:00 to 3/19/10 at 13:49 - Propane ran out and bad weather
    permitted site access.Site only working on part time because of
    solar/battery contraints. Communication problem between the
    transceiver and computer.

    4/22/10 - Satellite was "repointed". Now automatic uploads should resume
    again.
