The advanced reporting system is available to anyone with a PTAGIS account and provides a set of report sources, called Query Builder 2, which can be used to build completely custom queries. The resulting query definitions can be saved in the user's account and can be set to run automatically on a schedule and send the results set as an attachment to an email message or exported to a folder on the PTAGIS ftp site for retrieval. Reports can also be run manually and the results set exported to the user's local computer in a variety of formats.
Query builder results sets are limited by default to one million rows in order to prevent accidentally running reports which return the entire dataset. If you need to create reports which return more than a million rows, contact PTAGIS for information about increasing the row limit. Complete mark, recapture, observation, and recovery history for a set of tag codes. |

Interrogation Detail |
Detailed interrogation data; each detection of a tag on each antenna at each site at which it was detected is available to query from this source. Detections are aggregated to the second. |

Interrogation Summary |
Summary interrogation data by site; one record exists for each interrogation site at which the particular tag was detected. The individual detections are summarized into first and last, e.g. first antenna and last antenna, first date/time and last date/time. |

Detailed recovery data; each reported recovery of a tag is represented by a single record and original mark event data is included with each recovery event. |

Recapture Detail |
Detailed recapture data; each reported recapture of a tag is represented by a single record and original mark event data is included with each recapture event. |
