All versions of files that have been successfully processed and loaded into the PTAGIS database are stored in perpetuity in the file archive. Files which have been rejected due to format or data validation errors are stored until a subsequent version of that file is successfully loaded. Files are available to download from the PTAGIS dashboard. To access the dashboard, a user must log in with a PTAGIS web account, which is freely available to anyone.

 

Only the most recently loaded file version is available to download. If you need to access to an earlier version, please contact us.

 

Interrogation Files = interrogation files that have been successfully loaded, if multiple versions of a file exist only the most recently loaded version is available

Interrogation Files Requiring Action = interrogation files that have been rejected and not loaded, and no other version of that file (with the same file name) has been loaded since it was rejected.

 

MRR Files = tagging data files that have been successfully loaded, if multiple version of a file exist, only the most recently loaded version is available

MRR Files Requiring Action = MRR files that have been rejected and not loaded and no other version of that file (with the same file name) has been loaded since it was rejected
