Session Management |

Session Management is used to submit data to PTAGIS and to perform operations on multiple Sessions at one time. NOTE: New in P5 version 1.1.0, drag and drop is no longer available to move folders or sessions; to move folders or sessions, check them and then click the Move button in the tool bar.
Check Selection |
|
Used to check or uncheck All Sessions or Selected Sessions. Multiple Sessions can be selected using the mouse and SHIFT or CTRL and will be highlighted in light blue. |
Manage Records |
|
Opens checked Sessions in Record Management. |
Move |
|
Moves checked Folders or Sessions to other Folders or root. Clicking and dragging to move sessions or folders is no longer supported as of v.1.1.0. |
Delete |
|
Deletes checked Folders or Sessions. If a Folder is checked, all Sessions contained in that Folder will also be deleted. |
Validates checked Sessions. A summary of validation results will be shown in a panel that opens at the bottom of the screen. |
Customize Validation |
|
Edit, enable or disable the Custom Validation routines to run when validating Sessions. |
Searches for duplicate records across and within checked Sessions. If any duplicate records are found in the checked Sessions, the Duplicate Records page will open to allow review and editing of the duplicate records. |
Refresh Status |
|
Refreshes the file load status of Sessions that have been Submitted and have a Submission Result of Pending. There is also a check box to enable auto-refresh of the Submission Result. |
Get Upload History |
|
Retrieves and displays the upload history of checked Sessions from the PTAGIS server by File Name. |
