As reported shortly after the new website was published, users on ODFW networks have been unable to run the quick reports due to a firewall issue. We worked with ODFW IT staff to resolve this issue and the reports are now accessible to users on those networks.
If you access PTAGIS from an ODFW network, please give the new quick reports another try now and let us know if they are still not working for you
