6/20/2020 5:44:22 PM General Remotely disabled no response alerts for transceivers A2 and B2 on the primary and secondary PC. Most likely the UPS for these transceivers has died. Not of concern at this time due to site being down for the season.

6/19/2020 7:05:42 AM TASS Probable UPS fail at transceivers.
5/18/2020 12:00:00 AM SiteDown CFJ down
4/14/2020 12:00:00 PM General PSMFC was on site yesterday to investigate the comms issues. I discovered the UPS for PC2 and the sonicwall and the switch was powered off. I turned it back on and was able to send the files from PC1. I discussed the issue and it was decided that we would replace the UPS with Tripplite for now. I plugged the Radio modem, sonicwall and the switch into this UPS so we don't have a split in the comms functions. I found that the power switch for the APC was very sensitive to touch and I feel that it may have been getting turned off by site personnel while cleaning. I placed notes on all the PC's and UPS's to not wipe them down.
4/9/2020 8:49:19 AM General For as yet unknown reasons, a file gap occurred from 4-6-2020 1443 to 4-7-2020 1055. The transceivers remained on for the duration of that outage. Each transceiver is an FS1001 and as such there are no timestamps available. The detections from the buffer downloads were loaded into the database in a passive recapture file, PIT-2020-097-PRC.xml.
4/1/2020 12:25:59 PM General Examination of buffered data from the transceivers shows that no detections occurred during the 80 minute data gap on 3-30-2020, or during the 4 minute data gap on 3-31-2020.
3/31/2020 12:46:03 PM General Issue with internet connection was the PoE module would not communication with the actual radio on top the building. Unplugged the cable to the radio and plugged it back in and internet was restored. For some reason , the PoE module never regained connection after power outages. This situation has happened in the past but is very infrequent . We do need to look at the PLC settings (delay before cycling power) to ensure there is enough time for the PoE module to re-establish a connection. This process can take up to 1.5 to 2 minutes. No data was lost on PC1 during this internet outage. PC1 remained running and collecting data. PC2 , does not have a contiguous data set as it was off for unknown reasons. Still some mystery why USP2 was off. Checked the BIOS settings to ensure power was meant to restore after a power outage and the setting was correct.
2/26/2020 12:59:52 PM General A site GMC was performed today. All systems were checked and adjusted fro tuning and noise. No problems were found during this GMC.
