FTS - Foster Dam Tailrace Spillway

A FIN Barge instream detection system deployed immediately downstream of the spillway apron below Foster Dam on the South Santiam River, OR at rkm 60. The Barge has 6 pairs of 6-foot fins with each pair of FINS being one antenna. Antennas are multiplexed by a IS1001 Master Controller. The Barge is attached to a skyline anchored to ecology block stacks on either side of the river. Power is provided by an onboard solar array.
