In-stream detection system consisting of a tandem array located in the Upper Imnaha River. The array (IR3) located at river km 41 (N 45.49004 W 116.80393) consists of two arrays , deployed serially 10 m apart, of three 20 ft Biomark flat panel antennas each. The upstream array spans all but 1.5 meters of the channel, starting from the right bank of channel. The downstream array begins at the left bank and spans all but 4 meters of the channel. IR3 is operated by the Integrated Status and Effectiveness Monitoring Project (ISEMP) cooperators Nez Perce Tribe and Quantitative Consultants, Inc. and was installed for continuous monitoring on February 15, 2011.

IR3 lost current to antenna C6 October, 2020.  C6 has not been replaced to date.  IR3 is operating continuously without disruption through November 2, 2021.

6/16/2020 8:20:00 AM General Satellite SIM Card swapped, site visit. General clean up and maintenance performed.
10/9/2019 4:57:30 PM General IR3 is operating continuously without disruption through October 9, 2019.
11/7/2018 7:16:00 AM General Imnaha River 3 (IR3) had Campbell Scientific data logger replaced with a new data logger designed by Biomark on November 7, 2018. A new HughesNet satellite modem/antenna was also installed. IR3 site air temperature probe was changed out for a compatible model. IR3 is operating continuously without disruption through November 26, 2018.
9/27/2017 1:56:00 PM General Imnaha River 3 antenna C1 and C5 were replaced with 20 ft. PVC antennas manufactured by Westfork due to low current most likely caused by a water leak inside the original Biomark stout antennas. IR3 is running continuously without disruption through 10-09-2017.
5/5/2017 7:46:00 AM General The optical isolator between the MUX and data logger was replaced at Imnaha River 3 array (IR3) on May 5, 2017. IR3 has run continuously without disruption through 5/10/17.
12/19/2016 2:24:03 PM General Imnaha River 3 (IR3) has operated continuously without disruption through 12/19/16
7/19/2016 8:39:00 AM General Antenna cable was replaced on antenna C5. The antenna C5 was operating with abnormally high noise since June, 2016. The high noise on C5 has since subsided.
7/15/2016 8:17:00 AM SiteUp The FS1001M multiplexer was repaired and normal operations resumed.
7/12/2016 8:17:00 AM SiteDown The FS1001M multiplexer malfunctioned and stopped detecting PIT tags.
8/25/2015 3:01:00 PM SiteUp MUX tranceiver stopped functioning on August 16, 2015. The transceiver was repaired and returned to normal operations on August 25, 2015 resulting in 9 days of no PIT tag detections.
9/23/2014 10:44:00 AM General Imnaha 3 (IR3) is functioning and operational without disruption through 9/23/14.
